Marketing
Know which marketing actually brings customers

If you cannot name your three best sources of customers, you are paying for marketing on faith. Clicks and impressions look busy, but they do not pay the bills. Customers do.
The simple test
Pick last month’s new customers. For each one, write down how they first found you and what made them get in touch. If the answers are mostly guesswork, tracking is the gap, and every marketing decision you make is a guess too.
What tracking actually looks like
Every form, call and booking records where it came from: a Google search, an ad, a referral, a social post or a direct visit.
Your CRM shows that source next to each lead, so you can follow it through to a sale.
A monthly view answers one question: which sources produced customers, and which only produced activity.
Set up once, this takes minutes a month to read. It is not a dashboard for its own sake; it is the difference between funding what works and funding what looks busy.
What changes once you can see it
You stop paying for channels that never turn into customers. You put more behind the ones that do. When an agency or a platform reports results, you can check them against your own numbers instead of taking their word for it.
Where to start
Make sure your website, phone number and booking links are connected to one tracking setup and one CRM before you spend more on marketing. That is why tracking is built into every Marketing Foundation we deliver: the growth work that follows only makes sense when you can measure it.
